The “batch a month of content in one day” advice is good, most solo business owners put it on the calendar, move it twice and then secretly abandon.

Carving out eight hours to film and edit and caption 30 days of content is a great plan if you have eight hours. I sure don’t. Most people running a business don’t have eight uninterrupted hours. They have pockets of time.

Sustainable content for you, means knowing your pillars so you’re never staring at a blank screen. It looks like a posting goal that’s realistic, a clear understanding of caption formats and a way to film or edit in the pockets of time you do have.
