Stabilize your visibility THIS WEEK.

There’s two versions of every business owner.

The one who is pumped up, exciting and on top of EVERYTHING.
The other version comes after you hit burnout. This version lets things slip for a few days while they punish themselves for not being a literal machine.

Most business owners build their visibility around motivation. When they feel good, they show up. When they feel tired, they disappear.

You’re relying on a system that only works when conditions are perfect.

Think about that for a second. Perfect. Name a week/month/year where everything went “perfectly”. What does that even mean, does anyone know?

I sure don’t.

Your visibility and overall growth of your business needs to be consistent - we hear it all the time so we chase it. That isn’t sustainable. You need a system that works for your worst days.

Let’s get after it.

First

Decide what you want to be known for. Get incredibly clear on how someone would describe you as when they see your online presence.
ie, “I follow this girl on instagram, she’s from our area but also lives in Kissimee and goes to Disney all the time”
(Did I just find a way to incorporate Walt Disney World into this substack? Hell yeah)
What do you want someone to associate with your name in six months? Visibility becomes easier to grasp when your message isn’t changing every few days.

Second

Reduce the need for in-the-moment decisions. If every post requires you to reimagine your voice, your topics (pillars), and your style, you will hate every moment. Choose common themes that support your business and rotate through them.

Third

Assume you will have low-energy weeks. Create one piece of evergreen content that can be reshared when capacity drops. (Bonus Points: Have some trial reels always on back-up so you can share to everyone when shit hits the fan) Plan for real life, stop pretending it won’t happen.

Posting based on emotions, panic or for performance creates a business hanging on by a thread in a reactive system.

That’s what I mean when I talk about a having a visibility and growth system in place. It’s not about hustle, it’s all about structures that hold up as life shifts. (If you’ve ever lifed before, you know…it tends to do that).

If your business feels unstable right now, look at your system before you look at yourself.
