You Don’t Need to Figure Out Instagram. You Need to Post.

You’re avoiding posting on Instagram because you’re trying to do it right before you do it at all.

You keep telling yourself you just need a little more clarity, confidence or time. We both know that easily turns into not posting for weeks/months. Now you’re letting Instagram feel more intimidating than it ever needed to be.

I say this with love… you are not going to think your way into this. Instagram doesn’t give a sh*t.

The people who look like a natural on Instagram didn’t start that way. They started by posting things that felt obvious to them, got awkward, had posts flop, watched and learned along the way.

Instagram content is the soul of my initial work with clients. We always start there, it exposes issues, reveals opportunities and creates a path for growth.

Listen to me, you don’t need to be brilliant, you don’t need another strategy doc or a perfectly defined niche. You need to show up, and see what happens.

You need to stop trying to skip the uncomfortable part.

Why would you think that you need to build momentum in every area of life but show up on Instagram and instantly be an expert?

You need reps.

Post the thought you keep circling.
Say the thing you’d explain to a client on a call.
Keep it simple.
Be messy.

Waiting until it’s easy is keeping you stuck.

Posting while it feels awkward is how you begin.
